• Health surveys and temperature checks for all employees prior to each shift.
• Requiring face coverings for all employees and customers as mandated by our local government. 
• Requiring social distancing. 
• Frequent disinfection and cleaning, including between users on commonly touched objects.

Increased Team & Customer Safety Measures

Our cafes are operated with enhanced, limited-contact safety measures, including:

• Temporary closure of all dining rooms and outdoor seating areas. 
• Online ordering and touchless payment options.
• Walk-up ordering and pick-up in locations where we can accommodate separate ordering and pickup areas, including social distancing line indicators and plexiglass shields.
• Requiring face coverings for all employees and customers.
• Condiment bar options removed until further notice.

Safe, Limited Contact Experience

More than anything, we want you to feel comfortable when visiting us. For that reason, we’ve made adjustments to our cafes and the way we serve you to create an environment that’s safe for everyone. We now offer our guests the following order and pickup options that allow limited contact while still enjoying crafted Better Buzz beverages and menu items.

• Drive-Thru Service: Our drive-thru locations have remained open to serve guests on the go and now accept all forms of contactless payment. Find all Better Buzz drive-thru and open locations here.
• Online Order Ahead: Order and pay for your favorite drinks and eats online at betterbuzzcoffee.com and pick up at your selected Better Buzz location on the patio or in the drive-thru.
