I. Information We Collect
A. Personal Information.
We collect any personal information from you directly when you provide it to us and automatically as you navigate through the Sites. Examples of when you directly provide it to us include when you create an account, join our loyalty program, make a purchase on our website (including online ordering), participate in one of our surveys or promotions, submit a job application, or email us. The types of information we may collect includes your first and last name; password; email address; postal address; phone number; payment information, including credit or debit card numbers; and any other information you provide. We may also use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns.
B. Usage Information.
Like most websites, we use automatic data collection technology when you visit the Sites to record information that identifies your computer or device, to track your use of our Sites, and to collect certain basic information about you and your surfing habits. This information which we collectively refer to as “Usage Information” includes, but is not limited to:
We may collect information about your transactions on the Sites, including what products you purchased and in what quantities, how frequently you purchased products, transaction amounts, payment information, shipping address, and order dates.

We collect Usage Information by using cookies and pixel tags (also called web beacons or clear gifs). Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit, which, in turn, helps us improve the quality of the services we provide on the Sites. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of website users. We do not collect Personal Information in this way, but if you’ve provided us with Personal Information, we may associate that information with the information that is collected automatically. Automatic data collection may be performed on our behalf by our services providers.

With third-party service providers when disclosure is necessary for us to receive services including, but not limited to, email and postal delivery, order fulfillment, website hosting, and marketing and analytics. We also share your payment information with third party service providers as necessary to process your payment for purchases. Such third parties store your payment information; we do not store this information. Storage by the third party service provider of your payment information is subject to such service provider’s privacy policies and practices. By providing your payment information, you acknowledge and agree to use of such information by the third party service provider for purposes of processing your payment to us.
If we believe, in our discretion, that disclosure is required by law, to enforce our agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Better Buzz or our customers.
In connection with a potential or actual corporate transaction, such as a merger, consolidation, or sale of some or all of our business assets, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.

IV. How We Protect Your Information
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet. In particular, e-mail sent to or from us may not be secure, and you should, therefore, take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail.
V. Accessing and Modifying Account Information
You may access, update, or delete the information that is stored in your user account by visiting www.betterbuzzcoffee.com and signing into your account. Please note that we may retain certain information for tax or record-keeping purposes as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
VI. Your Choices
A. Promotional Communications.
If you wish to stop receiving our promotional e-mails, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions in the promotional emails. If you wish you stop receiving our promotional texts, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions in the texts. If you are having difficulty unsubscribing from our promotional communications, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that if you opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us, we may still send you transaction-related communications, such as emails about your account, purchases, or subscriptions.
Most common web browsers allow users to accept or reject cookies based on the user’s preferences. You can reject cookies by following the directions provided in your Internet provider’s “help” file. Please note that disabling cookies may prevent the Sites from working properly.

Better Buzz will not discriminate against you for exercising any rights under the CCPA.
G. Other California Privacy Rights.
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Please note we do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
