- I placed an order through the app, why aren’t my points showing?
- Sometimes it takes a little while for your points to show up in your app. When you are in the Rewards section of the app, you can pull down on the screen to refresh your points.
- I forgot my smartphone. Can I use my phone number to accrue points?
- Yes, just give the cashier your name, phone number or email address and they can look you up and add your points to your account. Or, you accrue points by submitting your receipt via your app.
- Can I earn points on an old receipt?
- For security purposes, receipts older than 14 days will not be accepted by the app.
- I received a birthday offer, where did it go?
- Birthday offers expire 7 days after your birthday.
- How will I be notified that I have earned a reward?
- You will receive an email and/or push notification and the reward will show in your app.
- Will I maintain my previous Black Card perks?
- Our new and exciting program is replacing our Black Card program. You can transfer all points and card balances over to the new rewards program. See question below for further directions.
- How do I transfer my old Black Card to the App?
- It's a two-step process. 1. When setting up your app, select that you are an existing Black Card Member, which will transfer your points and rewards. 2. To transfer your Black Card balance, add your Black Card number under the “Cards” tab.
- Do points expire?
- Yes, points expire after 1 year of inactivity on your account.
- Do rewards expire?
- Yes, reward expiration date varies. Check your app for the expiration date for your specific reward.
- Is the only way to sign up for Better Buzz Rewards through the app?
- Currently, yes. Please email us if you don’t have access to a smart phone to download the app.
- My receipt was for more than the number of points I received, why?
- You earn points on all pre-tax sales and not the receipt total.
- Can I earn points from third party delivery companies?
- Points are earned on online/app pick up orders or in-café purchases. You will NOT receive points on Door Dash or other third-party delivery company orders.
- Why is the email address field locked on my profile?
- If you signed up using your Apple ID, the email address may be locked and your email address may display as some random letters and numbers @privaterelay.appleid.com. There is no way to change this, but you will receive emails at the email address that is associated with your Apple ID account.
