Our Nicaragua beans have been sourced from the amazing, family-owned farms of Promotora de Desarrollo Cooperativo de Las Segovias (PRODECOOP). Besides cultivating the perfect coffee bean, PRODECOOP provides its producers with financing, training & technical assistance to continue to improve their coffee quality. In addition, they strive to improve the quality of life for coffee producers & their families through projects promoting income diversification & education. We're proud to honor their beans as our featured single origin!
